Cold Weather

I had a patient call in for a sick note today. I had my nurses ask what illness the patient had. He said he need a note for the “cold.” I asked what cold symptoms he had. None was the answer but it is just “too” cold to go to work. This was a first. Tomorrow will be a cold day but we should still all go to work. And yes I gave him the note.
